Rates and Tariffs
Rates (valid from October 2011)
- Cost for booking the studio is AU$170.00 – AU$210.00 per night.
- Cost for booking the cottage is AU$190.00 – AU$210.00 per night.
- Minimum stay for the Studio- there are no minimum stay requirements except for holiday weekends, where we require a minimum booking of 2 days (3 days for Easter).
- Minimum stay for the Cottage – there is a 2 night minimum stay requirement and 3 days for Easter.
- Mid-week stays. We are delighted if guests want to stay for longer periods and are happy to discuss rate options tailored to your length of stay.
Deposits
- All bookings will be considered tentative until full payment is made or in the case of long term or an extended stay, a deposit of 50% is paid.
- Tentative bookings will not be held for more than 3 days.
Payments may be made using Mastercard or Visa, cheque, cash, money order or by direct debit to our account at:

Undertakings
- All transactions (and prices) are in Australian Dollars.
- A receipt will be forwarded within seven days of payment received.
- We undertake not to disclose a client’s personal or financial information to any other third party.
- All payments made using our credit card facilities support Secured Sockets Layer based transactions (SSL) from a browser to a level of at least 128 bits.
Cancellations
- Bookings cancelled prior to 30 days of due arrival will be refunded (less a $25 administration fee).
- Cancellations from 30 to 14 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and a $25 administration fee.
- Cancellations within 14 days will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations must be made directly via phone or email.
